Every VOLTMT Vertex is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — including the charging coil, cooling fan, auto-clamp motor and electronics.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, or liquid damage
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Damage from misuse or unauthorised modification

How to claim

Email novastartuk@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll repair or replace your unit free of charge.
